Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre in Guildford provides telephone helpline and counselling. Their web site is at http://www.rasasc-guildford.org/ A telephone helpline for men, staffed by trained male volunteers is open Monday evenings 7.30-9.30pm on 01483 568000 [more are planned in the future]. This helpline has the ability to receive and send text messages. There is another telephone helpline for men and women, staffed by trained female volunteers open evenings 7.30-9.30pm [except Saturdays and bank holidays] on 01483 546400. Strict confidentiality is maintained at all times.
